1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and s98com ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the s98com website, accessible at https://s98com.cam, and any services, products or features made available through it.

By accessing the s98com platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the s98com platform.

To register and maintain an account on s98com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation or court order.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on s98com. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, bonuses or pending withdrawals.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify s98com immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. s98com is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions.

4.4 Account Verification

s98com reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents typically include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to s98com accounts must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator at the time of the transaction. Available methods may change without notice. Payment provider names referenced on s98com — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Raast and UBL — are familiar local references for Pakistani players and do not imply that these institutions endorse, support or affiliate themselves with gambling.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The Operator does not accept cash deposits or deposits from parties other than the registered account holder.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account in real time or within a reasonable processing window, subject to the payment provider's own timelines.
• s98com does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges at their discretion.
• The Operator may at its discretion place transaction limits on accounts for security or AML compliance purposes.

6 Withdrawals & KYC

Withdrawal of funds from your s98com account is subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Platform's cashier section to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an alternative is agreed with the Operator.
• The name on the destination payment account must exactly match the name on your registered s98com account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method.
• Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. The Operator will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• s98com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests under AML obligations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on s98com are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to — and do not override — these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings generated from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages and expiry windows are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

s98com reserves the right to restrict or void bonus claims in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to hold more than one account.
• The deposit used to trigger the bonus was made from a third-party payment method.
• There is evidence of bonus abuse, including bet-hedging, low-risk strategies designed to clear wagering with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• The Player fails to meet stated eligibility criteria (e.g., first-deposit-only bonus claimed on a subsequent deposit).

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus is active on your account, individual bet stakes are typically capped (for example, at PKR 500 per spin or PKR 1,000 per sports stake — refer to the specific promotion terms for the exact figure). Placing bets that exceed this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on s98com are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Market fluctuations after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• A bet is considered confirmed only once an on-screen confirmation is provided by the Platform. s98com is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side.
• s98com reserves the right to limit the maximum stake per market, match or event. These limits may be applied without notice.
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (e.g., a decimal odds error that is materially inconsistent with the true market), s98com reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live / in-play betting is subject to potential delays in acceptance. Once confirmed, live bets are binding.
• All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for each sport, market and event type, as published on the Platform. Results are based on official sources and final scores at the end of the relevant period.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20, ODIs and Test matches — settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s98com and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential forfeiture of account balances, subject to investigation:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or betting on events in which you or an associated party has inside information or any capacity to influence the outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical malfunctions to gain an unintended advantage.
• Engaging in transactions for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation.
• Any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or harmful to s98com, its staff or other users.

10 Responsible Gambling

s98com is committed to supporting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per defined period, after which further play is suspended.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by contacting [email protected] and take effect within a reasonable period of confirmation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the s98com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, interface design, images and data compilations — is the exclusive property of s98com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from s98com.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s98com and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions, errors, defects, delays or failures in the Platform's availability or performance beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by s98com

s98com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder is found to have breached these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• The account holder fails to pass identity verification requirements.
• Continuation of the account presents a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Operator.

In the event of closure due to a Terms breach, s98com may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may forfeit those balances in accordance with these Terms.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by the operator's active licence at the time of the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms creates any right to claim Pakistani governmental authorisation, endorsement or licensing for s98com's operations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

s98com reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
